ok so i was looking up gpu's 

and i didn't what does 'ti'

 meant 

so is a 'ti' gpu better than a non 'ti' gpu

yes Ti represents Titanium basically to show it is a more powerful card than the non Ti one

it normally signifies it's better than the non-Ti version

but it's below the next tier up

 

so 1070 < 1070 Ti < 1080, for example

-sigh- feeling like I'm being too negative lately
