I have an SX8100 4TB NVMe drive I purchased in February that is failing.  It will randomly not appear on my listed drives, and when it does appear I will often not be able to read/write to it.  I've tested it in my motherboard's built in M.2 drive as well as a PCIe M.2 card to no avail.  The fact that it is failing isn't where I'm having the issue.  I'm trying to register the drive on the ADATA website to RMA it but I am not able to register it.  I get a "Registration Failed" window when I try to register it and an "undefined" message when I just try to check the warranty status.  Has anyone had any experience using their site to handle warranty/RMA and did anyone get it to work?  Looking at the browser console it looks like they're getting a bad response from a google server.  Would appreciate any other ideas as to how to get the RMA process started.
