usb ports no work!?

Every time I plug in a USB device it works fine until... it tries to either read or send data between the device and my pc. It would disconnect for a couple of seconds and reconnect, and would cancel whatever its trying to do.

i might replace my mobo. even my usb hub be trippin too. any other solutions besides replacing??
