Budget (including currency): 200 usd

Country: Mexico

Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for:  Unity, Blender, DaVinci Resolve, Ableton Live, Photoshop, some AAA games (medium or low graphics)

Other details I have an old Lenovo H22010028, I also have a Xeon E5420 with a sticker adapter for LGA775 or a Xeon L5410 also with the sticker
 

I need advice about the build I'm planning, first of all I need to know if the motherboard from the lenovo needs BIOS updates to work with any of the xeons. 
Another big concern I have is how much ddr3 ram the motherboard actually supports. I wanted at least 8gb+ but I don’t know how much I can use. 
For the graphics card, I have no idea if the motherboard supports any middly good graphics card, but I was thinking of buying any card with 4gb that I could find, but idk if it will be compatible
Also in case that the motherboard doesn’t work at all or the gpu is incompatible, any LGA 771 motherboard suggestions?
And for the PSU I don’t know which one to choose, nor the wattage, all I know is that I shouldn’t cheap out.


Any advice would be really helpful and appreciated!

I think your focus needs to be saving for now. $200 would be nearly undoable in a normal market, and right now it simply is undoable. What you'd find for this price point probably wouldn't be able to launch Blender, so this is the cheapest thing I could comfortably configure for you:

The 10100 should only cost $120 if you look in the right places, so this should only total $400 realistically. The graphics cards you'd be buying in a $200 build would be slower than the integrated graphics here, which is why I heavily encourage saving towards this configuration.

Thanks for the advice, I will consider it, although my goal is to make a middly good computer with old and cheap parts that I can find, It’s more a personal than a budget matter
