That's a very tight budget for a gaming pc, especially these days. Skimping on features such as a decent case, motherboard or PSU etc. will end up backfiring when you choose to upgrade later on. I would recommend either waiting (till GPU prices drop) and saving up a bit more, or taking a look at avaiable prebuilts or used hardware if waiting is not an option. An APU won't give you great performance at 1080p med/high.

I have given you a Ryzen APU which has the best Graphics without a Video Card. Also the Power Supply I chose is big enough to add a Video Card when you can afford one and this build has 32GB RAM. The Case I chose has a full Mesh front panel comes with 3 RGB fans to help cool the system. The stock cooler for the CPU is more than good enough as long as you don't overclock the CPU too much.
