For awhile now my computer has just been freezing randomly, it can be when i watch a movie or when i play a game, sometimes when i just leave my computer for a couple of minutes i come back to it being frozen.

 

I use windows 10 Version 10.0.19043 Build 19043 64Bit

 

Specs:

EVGA GeForce RTX 2070 SUPER FTW3 ULTRA

Ryzen 7 3700x

G.Skill 32gb 3600MHz

Asus prime x570x-pro

Seagate Barracuda 2TB+Samsung 970 evo plus 1TB

Be quiet! straight power 11 platinum 750W

it will only remove the files on the C drive (that is if you reinstall it on that drive). basically it will delete all files on the drive you install the OS on, so any other files on any other drive will remain intact

The thing is when i first built my system i had both of my drives connected so it installed a system reserve on my D: drive, so im wondering if that's gonna get deleted as well, i dont mind completely formatting both drives

id say remove everything but i want to clarify something. when i said " reinstall windows " i meant downloading the media creation tool and creating a bootable usb and choosing the delete everything option that way you are sure your copy of windows is 100% new

but if it deletes everything on the flash drive i wont have the windows media creation tool

it means if you have any photos it will delete everything then put the windows in
