This is the part list I have currently. My budget is $800, but I'm willing to spend $1000. If you have any advice, comment it down below. I want to know how to improve this pc, and yes, I went for the integrated vega 8. I believe that I may go with vega 11 but would that be overkill for minecraft?

I'm not sure if you intend on putting a gpu in this but 750W is very overkill for this machine.

Here's my version, changed 750w evga gold to corsair 450 bronze and changed 970 evo to SN550 

and if you want you can go with the ryzen 5 2400g with vega 11 with the money saved

 

Also with that case take one of the front fans and put it on the back

If you wanna get a gpu in the future and/or wanna have 6 cores them maybe go for something like this

 

11500 6 core, should be good enough for your minecraft and daily browsing needs whilst allowing you to upgrade to a dedicated gpu in the future and not have to swap the cpu out

 

Cheaped out on basically everything whilst keeping the list decent

 

If you dont care too much about rgb then swap the case for a matrexx 55 mesh

 

 

I suggest overclocking your igpu via intel xtu and overclocking the ram to improve the igpu performance

 

You should also enable multicore enhancement if not enabled already or whatever cpu boosting setting in the bios to yeet power limits and allow your cpu to run faster
