Help building system for adobe suite

I am building a system for a friend that needs it strictly for work. Everything excluding gpu and cpu is about 400€. My question is would it be better to go with a 3700x and give him an old hd 5000 gpu, I have lying around, just to output video or go with an i7 10070 with igpu, or go with a cpu with less cores and squeeze a 1050ti in there.

PSU: Bequiet 650W 50€

RAM: G.Skill Ripjaws 3200Mhz 80€

ΜΟΒΟ: B450/60 at 80-100€

SSD: Kingston Nvme 50€

HDD: WD Blue 1TB 40€

 

The I7 goes for 310€

R7 3700x 280€

And the cheapest gpu that can do stuff is a 1050ti at 210€

the 3700x is about on par with a 10700k for adobe from reviews I'm checking.
I'd stick them on the hd 5000 for now and recommend they upgrade when prices are better
