hallo. 

 

i was wondering is de AOC-S3008L-L8E good was for unraid, or is de 

AOC-S3008L-L8i better, the are both hba but the l8e is it mode and de l8i is ir mode

I have the L8E in my unRAID system. Was plug-and-play, no flashing needed, it is in IT mode.

L8i supports only RAID 0, 1 and 10 out of the box, so it will need to be reflashed to IT mode for unRAID.

Do you also know if you can put multiple l8e cards in unraid, or will that work against you

Should work fine as long as you have enough PCIe lanes.
