I am currently running Ubuntu with everything on the Raw OS. 2x ZFS pools of 12x raidz2.

I am looking to switch over to a Docker solution for Sonarr, Radarr, Lidarr and Plex also interested in My home assistant But have heard of issues of 1) Dockers accessing ZFS filesystems in these containers. 2) Plex having issues with hardware encoding (also issue with AMD processors and HW encoding) 3) If I do is it better to Clean install or migrate also heard docker makes this much easier.
