Which GPU should I use?

What will it be used for?: General Gaming (GTA, FIFA, F1 2021, ETS2, LS22, FarCry and more)

Hi! I want to build a new computer for myself (because my old one is starting to die), and before I do anything I wanted to ask some people if I chose the right parts, and also what GPU I should use. (all the above parts together cost about 850€, so I should still have enough money for a GPU) I don't know if it's an good idea to buy a 2070 Super (like I was planning to), or if I should wait for the 3060/3070....

 

I definitely want to stick with Intel tho because I think it's the best decision.

 

My Main Monitor: 2560 x 1080 Pixel, 5 ms reaction time, 60 Hz

2070 Super will be, give or take, trading blows with the 3060 lines.

 

A 3070 would be an upgrade to that.
