M-Flash Help finding compatable USB

Mobo: MSI B550 gaming Edge Wifi

 

The mobo is new but never used for many months  so not working ryzen 5600x CPU, black screen atm so need M-Flash or new mobo.

 

Followed this guide:

 

Unplugged everything and have failed the bios flash with my two USBs. The red light for M-flash only blinks 7 times then stops. Moboboard never turns on. My PSU worked fine in my old build. Then I unplugged everything and cleared CMOS (reset BIOS). But M-Flash still failing for me. Any links to compatible USBs?

Bought some more USBs. My 3.0 Toshiba16gb and 2.0 1GB Transcend didn't work. Finally got bios update to work with a 8GB Transcend USB 2.0 stick. Motherboard lights stayed on after motherboard update bit spooky.
