Razer deathadder 3500 driver problem

Hi, I recently bought the mouse, and I was about to configurate the buttons funcionality, then when I tried to use the deathadder driver, this appeared

I also tried the synapse 2.0, but then, this happens

My computer can recognize the mouse, but the drivers can't, I don't know what to do anymore

Try different USB ports or contact Razer Support.

Take it back then..If other items work in that USB port then it is the mouse.Any lights come on on mouse?
