Nvidia experience wont open!!!!!!

Its been such a long time since Ive been able to open it. when I click on it the blue circle waiting symbol goes but after 4 or 5 seconds it goes away and nothing happens.

reinstall nvidia drivers ?

I have the same problem. Only finally after clicking it 15 times it finally opened.
