have you tried remounting the cooler, and re applying the thermal paste? could just be a bad mount. otherwise, are you sure the aio is connected and working correctly? if the aio is front mounted, are the tubes at the bottom? or top? if top, try remounting the rad with the tubes at the bottom if possible. also, what case?

Yeah it was mounted front with pipes at top currently i have the whole PC disassembled i know it wouldn't have the pipes at the top so I'm going to see if i can fit with pipes at bottom i don't know the case brand as it was off amazon

Also, just remount it as you most likely messed up the pump on the CPU/motherboard aspect.  Did you repaste or it is a new AIO?

Sorry just stressing over it, so the aio is the one previously used to cool my 6600k, i literally did a mobo and cpu swap booted the PC into bios doing normal checks as per, noticed the temps climbing so i switched off the PC one of the aio tubes is hot while the other cool the only problem i can think of is it was front mounted with tubes at top, or the pump has gone?

Tried flipping the rad and re seating re pasting seems like the pump isn't taking the liquid through the system quick enough to cool gonna buy an air cooler and see if that's the problem then buy another aio of it was
