Crosshair V Formula-Z Boot failure

Hi all,

 

I'm switching from an AsRock 990FX Killer fatal1ty (as I think it's dead, doesn't load either windows nor bios) to the Asus Crosshair V Formula-Z, try to boot and it stucks at code 66 but on screen I get the "Please press DEL or F2 to enter UEFI BIOS setting", can anyone help me? as I keep pressing DEL or F2 repeatedly but it doesn't enter the bios.

The CPU is an FX 8350 running at stock
The Ram is G.Skill TridentX F3-1600C7D-16GTX (2x8Gb)

The VGA is a Asus GTX 770 DCU II
I've attached an Hyper-X SSD 120 Gb and 2 HDDs (one is a Seagate 2Tb and the other is a WD Blue 500Gb)

I've updated the bios to latest version reseated all memory, tryed also single stick and nothing worked.
