Visual Studio 2019 issue

Hey everyone, i recently downloaded Visual Studio 2019 for a personal project of mine. I was following a youtube tutorial on what i wanted to do inside, but the video contained a designer preview above the xaml code, which did not show up when i started my project. My project is a WPF C# project on .net 5.0
