I'd go back to the 3200mhz 16-18-18 normally you can run these kits at 3600mhz anyway and you'll have tighter timings which ryzen loves.

If you are looking at 1650 for >$400 you are better off with a used 1070ti or 1080 if you can get one for $400

PSU is more than enough to run these cards in the system and you'll be looking at 2x or 1.5x fps for the same price

The best gaming PC is the PC you like to game on, how you like to game on it

Intel

Amd

Intel :

b460 board to cut costs but still have a decent vrm

10700f cause its really cheap and for some reason its cheaper than a 5600x by about 40$?

You will want to enable multicore enhancement if it isnt enabled already in the bios

Amd :

decent matx b550 board, though you can get the b450 tomahawk max as a substitute cause same vrms

5600x cause 3700x would get obliterated by the 10700f in single core and might be matched in multicore assuming multicore enhancement is enabled (yeets 65w power limit)

atleast the 5600x has really good single core so consider this cpu if you play alot of single threaded games like mc

intel and amd :

half decent cpu cooler though if you can get one get an se 224 xt or freezer 34 (non esport non duo)

600w antec psu cause everyone would be angry that i used an evga psu plus the antec was only 5$ more so guess ill see if the antec psu is garbage or not

¯\_ (ツ) _/¯

Cheapest 16gb ram i could find

Placeholder case but its supposed to represent op case option cause 69(nice)$ for a case that includes 4 fans and they are rgb sounds like a pretty good deal

Placeholder gpu aswell

Amd one is overbudget by 16$ ;-;

i generally only need help finding a decent gpu for 1080p gaming because im doing a budget build now then in a year or so im upgrading almost everything and want to continue sticking with amd throughout both of these builds but the ryzen 5 3600 is perfect for 1080p gaming which is why im sticking with it and because gpus are so expensive rn its hard for me to put more money towards a better motherboard

Amd will be more futureproof but then again an 8 core 10700f is like slightly more expensive than a 3600 while obliterating it in both multi and single core, consider ocing your 3600 or just get a 3700x and oc that
