Fn Lock Question

I have a Xtrfy K4 keyboard with no Fn lock key. Is there a setting to lock the Fn key somewhere in Windows, so I can use for example, F2 anf F3 to control volume without pressing the Fn key? (There is also no setting to lock the Fn key in my BIOS)

That would be a keyboard function, not Windows.

That's why I bought this keyboard, it's bare bones, and of course for the build quality! Too bad for the Fn key lol
