XMP profile keeps getting disbled somehow and clocking my memory back down to 2133 rather then 3600. If anyone else has had this happen or know how to fix it, that would be super helpful.

It would be nice to know which Ryzen processor you have.

Earlier Ryzen processors, specifically 1000 and 2000 series Ryzen tend to have weak integrated memory controllers, so enabling XMP would be a struggle, especially at higher frequencies or having 4 DIMMS filled.

EDIT: Also, keep in mind that XMP is an overclock and is not guaranteed to work 100%.
