B550-E 5V Low

My ASUS B550-E 5V in bios is showing 4.498v in red, if I have a usb device plugged into the front panel is stays at 4.498v, if I remove it the voltage bounces between 4.498 and 4.538

 

Could this be causing boot instability? Should I be worried? Is there some way for me to fix this?
