Second fan on CPU does noise

Hey !

Just added a second fan to my cpu rad to go on a push-pull configuration, it works well but it does a hissing noise. Looks like I can make it silencer by spacing the fan a little bit from the rad, does some sort of pad to stick to the fan exist do elevate the fan a little bit ?
