fan noise

i have a gtx 770 in the build. dual fan. one of the fans has a cracked single fin. it is creating fome clicking against the plastic part surounding it (sorry i have no clue what its called). i tried bending it back but it only stays bent for a few minutes then it goes back to clicking. can i just cut off the single cracked fin or will that create a huge issue?

I wouldn't recommend chopping your fan blade off, I would recommend trying to reglue the fin. Take a tube of super glue, run it along the crack in the fin, wipe excess off with paper towel, let dry for 12 hours before you let the fan spin up again.
