PC randomly turns off

At first my computer would randomly turn of while playing battlefront 2 and some other games but yesterday it turned off when I was watching YouTube and later when I was just on the Home Screen it just randomly turned off with no warning as per normal, This was the first time it turned off in a while as I pulled the plug when my computer was working off a while back and it seemed to solve the issue but only for a while as after trying again it still has not gone back to normal. 
My specs are listed 

ryzen 5 3600x 

ASUS b500M-A

Crossair vengeance ram 16gig 3200

RTX 2060

Gamemax 650W 80+ bronze (I think this might be the reason as I have heard bad things about it and when I looked at it on Amazon it was $40 when I bought it for $80)

Built the computer last summer so fairly new and there’s barely any dust

That PSU may be the reason.
