Need Help with OpenGL Error

Hi guys, need help with this error. Cannot install application that require opengl, and this error message show up. Have been searching on google to no avail. On laptop with latest intel proc with Iris XE thingy. Thanks.

hi, sorry for the late reply. Asus Zenbook 14 UX425. 11th gen intel. Really confused with OPENGL 0.0 error thing.

within task manager, could see the exact GPU you have? As i could be wrong but im not sure they're compatible. Have you tried updating the drivers
