Computer Partially Freezes

Been running into the issue where my computer partially freezes at random. There's no common denominator and it tends to happen every few weeks or even months. Basically audio stops working and I can't click on anything on my desktop however I can still click stuff on the taskbar and open the start menu but it won't load properly. Sometimes itt'll let me click on certain things on my desktop like if I have chrome tabs open but it won't work properly. I have to hard power off my computer as it won't restart or power off properly. Yes I have tried updating windows and my drivers, I would say this started happening around the last big windows update a few months ago. I've looked in event viewer and it doesn't indicate any errors.

EVGA GPU 1060 6Gb

AMD 3600x Ryzen CPU

Windows 10 64 bit: 21h1 19043.1052

1 WD 1tb SSD with my OS on it

2 tb SSD for general storage

Rm750x Power supply (Bought in Feb)
