gaming RAM consumption

This is my first time here since 2020 
I have Acer nitro 5 
spec AMD 3550H
GTX 1650
8GB RAM 
1TB HDD
My problem is that the consumable ram in my laptop is 5.94 gb 
I research a lot in youtube how to make that to 7.94gb as my pc lag a lot when i use my PYCHARM 
even CSGO hangs in offline and online both time FPS which should be over 100 is only 60 
So every video i saw says that open BIOS and go to chipset. So I tried that, but turns out there is no chipset option available. 

My bios is updates to latest version 
How can i use all of my 8Gb ram. please help 

 

 

one more thing the intel version of this model uses all 8 gb ram i.e. 7.9
so Why  my AMD isnt but intel is able to use all the ram
