GPU or Display issue please help

So as the title shows I got no idea which one is the issue. Today my pc got got black pixels on both displays and stopped when I closed a game. Then I opened a less demanding game and my pc crashed. I havent had issues until I got my 2k. I switched from 4k to 2k just so I could get 144htz it's great. But I've been getting flickering and now the crash freaked me out. I got a 3080 and I'm really hoping it's not dead. After the crash everything seems fine games open. But I'm like on edge. The monitor I got was a S3220DGF from dell.
