Error 43 R9 290GPU

Okay so I bought an R9 290 recently for my PC and I of course did some testing before the cash exchange. When I got over to my PC and installed it, I failed to have it display anything and when I switched back to my integrated graphics it showed error 43 under display in Device manager and every time I download the drivers it shows R9 200series as opposed to the real cards name. To power my card I’m using dual molex to 8pin and dual molex to 6pin and my PSU is 600W.  
 

Any help to get my GPU running will be appreciated.
