Need help diagnosing no display issue

My PC sometimes gives out no display and i need help diagnosing it. I've ran memtest on my ram like 5 times and got no errors, changed PSU, tried running the PC with no GPU. The no display issue doesn't happen all the time but i need help diagnosing it. Could be this the issue of the motherboard, CPU or HDD?

Not clear what you are talking about but for about 2 days i have an issue as well: gpu turns off after the DxGKrnl gave it the request to shut down. Maybe take a look in your Event Viewer (if you are using Windows)
