my laptop's gpu is error

I've checked the Nvidia control panel it already said high-performance processor but I played an aim trainer and it's using the integrated graphics 
I only get the average 80 fps in csgo or is it normal because my tdp is low
and I only get 144-180 fps in valorant is it using the integrated graphics?

 

my gpu is a 1660ti mobile
