Welcome to the forums!!!

You're comparing two different product spectrums; one for high performance computing that can use bigger heatsinks/better cooling compared to small form factors where dimensions and weight are valued more than cooling. If I read the articles correctly, Intel stated that the B SKUs are to signify BGA (Ball Grid Array), which is commonly used in laptops where it is permanently soldered in place to save space. They may be able to compete against Ryzen's offerings in the laptop region.

INTEL HIDES ITS POTENTIAL GIVING WAY TO AMD (i aint a intel fanboi)

my i5-8265u after a 100mv undervolt and disabling power throttling....its now working like a desktop CPU ....surpassing the r5 3400g and most of the 4 cored H processors of intel and amd....

R23

SC-1340

mc-4722

geek bench

sc-1043

mc-3745

these are not the final scores...coz there was thermal throttling due to the weak cooling system of my laptop

like i was overwhelmed by the performance hidden in this puny CPU

so the 11th gen should be a banger with tweaks and should be able to destroy AMD in no time...
