Phanteks Evolv Shift 2 riser cable

Hello guys, i have a problem with the Evolv Shift 2. The riser cable is not compatible with the asus tuf 3070, i tried from the bios to put it at 3.0 i tried to unplug the monitor and leave it for 30 sec to get to the factory settings, i tried tons of DP cables without ant luck. When i put the GPU directly on the mobo it works fine but not with the riser cable from phanteks. Help i am desperate. Thank you

My specs are Asus B560 L gaming, i5 1160k, 32gb corsair RAM, corsair SF750W, samsung 980 pro 1TB and as monitor i use Asus swift rog PG27...
