Graphics hardware access.

Hello everyone. I get crashes from apps which use the gpu and I get an information from Windows which says:  "Appliacation has been blocked from accessing graphics hardware". Even Libreoffice can crash when I'm resizing an image. I have UHD 750. I've deleted GPU drivers with DDU and installed newest ones, used "sfc /scannow", "DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /Restorehealth", "DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /scanhealth" commands in the cmd running as an administrator and starting apps as an administrator. Nothing helped. What can I do to fix it? Maybe Windows 10 reinstall could help?
