Audio and video problems

I built my own pc some months ago. and after the latest windows update version i became to struggle with various problems with sound and video's

 

my specs are:
- RTX 3070 Gaming OC (Gigabyte)
- Amd Ryzen 7 3800X

- 16GB Dual channel RAM (15-15-15-36)

- 2TB Seagate ST2000DM008-2FR102 SATA
- 1TB Samsung SSD 970 EVO 1TB
- Asus TUF gaming X570-plus wifi am4

- audio Interface: Dual Capture EX

- Cooler Master MWE 750 Gold V2

 

my sound will just fanish time to time. sometimes even in 10 minutes after i turn my audio interface on.

while gaming my game freezes, then sound is gone and i need to turn off and on my audio interface to get my sound back, and sometimes restart the game to get full sound back.
youtube shows that i have problems with my audio feedback program and that i have to restart my pc(restart audio interface, and reloading page solves this problem)

 

drivers are up to date.

 

anyone that can help me fixing this problem?

Remove that and use the gpus audio see if that fixes it
