The only thing i feel i am missing is a graphics card i was thinking about going to my local bestbuy and getting in a list to get a somewhat low end graphics card

It's going to be difficult getting a reasonable gpu. Something like an RTX 3069 Ti (mrsp ~420) would be a good choice. Getting on a list at BestBuy is a good idea. Calling around to local pc merchants every day is another.

 

The 5600X offers better Photoshop performance than the 3900X according Puget Systems test data.

 

The added performance of an NVMe drive is worth the small cost increment.

 

The Nzxt 510 has a reputation as a good looking case with well below average airflow.

 

The S12III psu does not have adequate over current and over power protection. I'd suggest a better psu.
