I'm looking to upgrade this system 1 part at a time, just not sure where to start. I also thought about building a new system from the ground up, but I'd like to utilize the old parts that I'm taking out for a Nasd if possible.  Any and all help or suggestions welcomed

Upgrading part at a time isn't going to work very well.

The cpu is several generations old and top of its category. The motherboard would have to be replaced at the same time.

While the memory could be reused, it likely runs at a speed and timings that are well below optimal settings for current gen cpu.

No gpu is listed. Adding a discrete gpu would be a decent upgrade. Except that at the moment and in the foreseeable future it would take your entire budget for a lower end gpu.

80+ ratings certify electrical efficiency. Not quality.
