I am wanting to build a 4k gaming pc (this will be my first ever!) and am new to the pc gaming world. I asked a buddy of mine about what parts I should get to be able to play games in 4k at the highest settings and he recommended the following:

 

I'm wondering, are these good components for my goals or should I be getting different parts? If I should be getting different parts, please help me understand which parts I should be getting and why.

This is terrible.

Mobo is garbage, psu is not a good idea for a 3090

ssd sucks, get faster ram, and how tf are you gonna fit in a 3090 and that monitor in for 2500??

also you forgot a cpu cooler

 

tell your buddy he needs to up his recommendation game

I’d swap the case for something like a P360A, looks good otherwise

Would this setup be able to power two 4K monitors? Sorry, I know literally nothing about PCs and am wanting to get into it.
