PC Suddenly Running Slow

Hey guys,

i want to say that i have a 1650super, ryzen 3 3100, 1tb ssd.
When i first got it like a year ago it was great it ran games at good fps. But recently my pc has suddenly been running games at much slower fps for example i used to play HITMAN at around 110 fps at good settings, but now at the same settings i barely get 40-50, same situation for other games. I've downloaded an antivirus and ccleaner but they cease to help me. And by watching my msi afterburner it doesn't look like its overheating.
Please i really need help.
