Pc won't turn on

Hi. I just bought an RTX 2060 to upgrade my graphics card cand after installing it my pc wont turn on. I don't think it's the PSU because the mobo has rgb that lits and considering that I don't think is de mobo either. But maybe you guys can tell me better. I've checked for loose cables and such but nothing.  If you can help I'd be grateful.

 

Build:

Mb - Asus rog strig z490-g gaming wi-fi

Cpu - Intel i7 10700

Cooler - noctua nh-d15s

Gpu - msi gtx 1050ti upgraded to asus rtx 2060

Psu - Lc 1200 v2.4 modular

Ram - 32Gb corsail vangance rgb pro 3600 mhz

Ssd - samsung 980 pro 500G

       - 2,5" SanDisk ssd plus

Case - empire gaming diamond
