Windows Refuses to update...

In my drive to be a better tech I am trying to fix this problem over just starting over.

I have run the Windows Update Troubleshooter, DISM, and the SFC tool.

Here is what I've got out of it.

After reading the CBC log CheckNetIsolation.exe is corrupted and cannot be repaired
After reading the CBC log several things are overlapping
After reading the DISM log there is a problem with the armory crate
I also know when I asked DISM to check the health I received error code 87

Check the health of your drive perhaps? 

Or roll the system back to an earlier version?

According to Scandisk my C: Drive is working fine, I will note here for a while my C: was constantly scanning, fixing and finding nothing wrong (M2 drive BTW)

My fear with a system rollback is how far do I go?

I am not afraid to say it, I wish there was a simple tool where Windows could 'reinstall' itself, while keeping the registry in tact. I ask for this given how many games I own.

On a closing note I have 185 GB free space on the C: that has a total of 931 GB. In fraction form 185/931 GB
