I think i tried everything.... no idea what happened . Please help

probs your windows installation corrupted beyond repair. on a different computer, download windows 10 media creation tool and run it. make sure to have a 10gb+ flash drive handy, and go through the steps to install the iso on the flash drive. put it in the pc, boot from it and reinstall windows. dont try to fish the iso off of the internet, its probs hacked or corrupted.
