Keyboard problem

Has this been a problem to other people too? I find it bizarre that a whole row on the keyboard would break, while the others work fine. Maybe it's a driver/windows error? Haven't messed around in Synapse will keys so that is off the table.

It is a faulty row in the keyboard matrix. Likely an easy fix if you have soldering experience but it would be stupid to do on a brand-new product that is under warranty. Just return it.

Return it, it's faulty.

Aah alright then, I thought having a full row broken would have been driver fault. Thanks for the help!
