Just need confirmation before ordering RAM

Looking to upgrade the RAM on my Elitebook 8740w i5 M560 from 4gb to 8gb

Just need some expert confirmation if this would do the job:

I thought that the 560m only supported a max of 8gb (2x4gb)? At least the first gen.

Apologies for the stupid questions, but can I use a 1600mhz ram if I put out the original ram? I am asking this, because I can then go across the street and buy that instead of waiting.

Also, I should stick with the 1.5v? I have seen plenty of 1.35v and 1.2v, but the 1.5v are harder to find.
