Keycap compatibility question

I recently bought a Ducky Zero Shine with Cherry MX Blue switches, and had a question about replacement keycaps. If I were to purchase a set of contoured WASD and 1-6 keys from a Corsair K70, would they fit with no interference with the other keys? Sorry if this is a stupid question. This is the first mechanical keyboard I've ever bought, and I'm pretty clueless about them and their keycaps.

 

Additionally, does anyone have a set of these that they'd be willing to sell? The only place I can find the caps for sale is on Corsair's website, and they come with a wrist rest that will not work with my keyboard, and I'd rather not have that lying around and being worthless.
