Ezviz cams

I need some help regarding my ezviz cameras. They are working fine when I am home but as soon as I leave my house and I am on 4G they are not able to show my cameras in the app. It can not be the settings because sometimes it is working. Ezviz support is talking about some cloud stuff but I am not sure. If anyone has same problem please let me know if you have solution

Maybe internet connectivity or internet speed problem?
