The easiest is to add the drive to the current system on a separate SATA port then use any of the free cloning software out there in the intertubes. Just search for Free Windows Cloning Software, like clonezilla. Here's how to do it step by step: http://clonezilla.org/clonezilla-live.php

There is a pice of software called DiscWizard by seagate, it allows you to clone one harddrive to a diffrent drive, this includes your boot os.

 

Thanks, building a new computer and never had to do this before ( upgrade Hard drive )
