Hardrive Data Transfer

Hi i was wondering is there anyway of transfering all my data from one hardrive to another, including my OS ?

The easiest is to add the drive to the current system on a separate SATA port then use any of the free cloning software out there in the intertubes. Just search for Free Windows Cloning Software, like clonezilla. Here's how to do it step by step: http://clonezilla.org/clonezilla-live.php

There is a pice of software called DiscWizard by seagate, it allows you to clone one harddrive to a diffrent drive, this includes your boot os.

Does DiscWizard only work on Seagate hardrives ?

As far as I know, this software will work on all drives, though I can not say for sure.
