Windows wont install

So when i try to install windows 10 on my asus F7E from a usb it will show the windows logo for less than a second show a black screen with this -  and then after 1 minute it will show the windows logo and then blue screen most of the time with a diffrent error code but most of the time system proces died or something i dont know if the hard drive is broken cuz i grabbed it out of my dads old pc it shows it  in the bios which is very old btw same with ram and cpu the thing is even without the hard drive it still blue screens is windows to go a option? Help
