Country: USA

Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for: VR, Blender,COD Warzone, Rocket League

Other details (existing parts lists, whether any peripherals are needed, what you're upgrading from, when you're going to buy, what resolution and refresh rate you want to play at, etc):  Need advice if I should change anything , gpu is going to be rtx 2060.

finding the amd ryzen 5 3600 at that price point isn't gonna happen

Adorama has it on backorder for $210, and there's other stores where you can get it now for $250. Not quite the $200, but not that far off.
