RX 580 no post.

My Rx 580 was running fine for a month mining ethereum along with other cards then suddenly my 580 would stop mining but otheres would continue. I thought its Virtual memory issue so I changed it.

It worked fine for a few days then it just refused to mine anymore. Then it happened... My pc started BSODing whenever i put load on the 580. BSOD says "Thread stuck on device driver"

 

Now if I use it as main display the pc wont post. If I plug it on a rise along with another gpu as main display, it posts fine. But the Rx580 is code 43. It this a BIOS, Driver or Hardware issue?

 

Context:

Bought it used a month ago

Bios modded it.

I also tried it on a another pc and same issue.

I tried cleaning it once and changing thermal paste out of wishful thinking and It actually post the first time I plugged it and went to windows and I thought it was fine again but after 20 secs, it crashed. Restarted the system and no post again...
